in The DWI
Memorial of Perpetual Tears Victim Tribute.
This project seeks to honor the victims of
drunk
drivers, as well as acknowledge the loss their
loved ones and relate to the public the reality of
each life which is not reflected
in the statistics.
While
each DWI death
that occurred within
the last five
years will be represented by a marker. Anyone
injured or killed in a DWI crash with the state of New Mexico may be
recognized by having their name included in the memorial, regardless of when
the DWI crash occurred.
You'll need
Adobe Reader software
installed on your computer to view or print the Victim Tribute submission form. If you don't have Adobe
Reader you can download the software FREE from the Adobe website

After completing
the
Victim
Tribute submission
form, print it,
attach a photograph of the victim,
sign the form and mail
it to the address on the form.
If you do not have a printer and would like a
tribute form sent to you by mail
